Marketing Coordinator

This high-visibility role invites a collaborative marketer to own campaign coordination, performance analytics, and workflow optimization-relieving executive bandwidth and spearheading generative AI process standardization.Responsibilities:Coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, web, and social platforms in Workfront to ensure seamless, on-time project execution.Consolidate and format campaign performance metrics into executive-ready PowerPoint reporting deliverables that deliver actionable business insights.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in underwriting, risk control, claims, and legal to streamline approvals and maintain campaign alignment.Standardize operational workflows and prompt libraries using generative AI tools to continuously enhance team productivity and consistency.Extension & Scope Growth PathIf the engagement is renewed beyond February 2027, scope is expected to expand along the following progression, subject to demonstrated performance and business need:Provide consistent coordination and support for recurring reporting cycles and the LoB reporting calendar, with increasing independence as appropriate.Provide expanded coordination and support for the team’s AI enablement and prompt standardization practices, including maintaining the shared library.Coordinate and support defined campaign components—including email deployment, web updates, and sales enablement asset development—under Manager- or Director-level strategy and direction.Project coordination for multi-stakeholder initiatives, including timeline management and status reporting across Marketing, Underwriting, Risk Control and Claims partners.Qualifications:2-4 years of in-house or B2B marketing coordination experience supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives.Proficiency with project management and marketing platforms, including Workfront, Adobe Creative Suite, and Marketo.Proven track record in data consolidation, performance metrics tracking, and developing impactful business presentations.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.Strong understanding of marketing operations, communications, campaign execution, and performance reporting.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Ability to translate data and results into clear, business-oriented insights.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.Ability to build productive working relationships across functions and levels of an organization.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.Experience with marketing technology platforms, project management systems, email marketing tools, and content management platforms preferred.Familiarity with generative AI tools and an interest in applying technology to improve business processes.Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive business information.JOBID: 102026-163663#LI-CELLA#LI-HH1#LI-REMOTE#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
