Commercial Account Executive Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Executive to join a growing team. This role focuses on servicing Middle Market and Large Market Commercial P&C accounts, with a specialization in heavy Habitational exposure and high‑value property risks. As a key member of a team, you will manage day‑to‑day client needs, handle renewals, and partner closely with Producers to deliver exceptional service. Compensation structure aligned with Producers, with adjusted percentage splits. Responsibilities Manage and service a portfolio of Middle Market and Large Market Commercial P&C accounts. Handle renewals and ensure timely and accurate account management. Collaborate with Producers to address client needs and develop tailored solutions. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes. Operate within an alpha split servicing model to ensure efficient account handling. Qualifications/Requirements Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in Commercial Lines Account Management or Account Executive roles. Proven expertise in handling Habitational accounts and high‑value property risks. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software. Licenses/Certifications: Active and relevant insurance licenses (as required by state regulations). Soft Skills: Self‑motivated with strong organizational abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Team‑oriented with minimal need for supervision. Work Environment Location: Hybrid work model, with in‑office presence required on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
