The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, with a focus on building a predictable and scalable revenue engine across mid-market and enterprise segments. This executive leadership role involves overseeing the sales organization, driving significant revenue growth, and contributing to the long-term go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, with at least 10 years' experience, and a minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership position within B2B SaaS. Experience in scaling annual recurring revenue and leading sales teams of 20 or more professionals is essential. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or equivalent executive leadership experience being preferred. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in mid-market and enterprise sales, as well as a deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and operating cadences. The ability to manage complex sales cycles, present to executives, and demonstrate a data-driven approach to leadership is also necessary. While not mandatory, experience in the hospitality industry and a background in selling technology to related markets is a plus.
