Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ emotional and relational challenges and establish a personalized treatment plan.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment updates, compliant with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with families, couples, and individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.

• A valid and active LMFT license in Tennessee, allowing you to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
