What You'll Do

As the Group Fitness Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our group programming - supporting instructors, driving engagement, and ensuring every class delivers the signature Crunch experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main contact for all group fitness programming at your location.
Supervise, mentor, and motivate group fitness instructors and trainers who teach classes.
Implement and manage the class schedule to maximize participation and member satisfaction.
Coordinate with the General Manager and Franchise Operator to align programming with club goals.
Ensure smooth coverage for any open classes and maintain accurate sub procedures.
Respond promptly and professionally to member questions regarding schedules, classes, and programs.
Maintain studios and group fitness equipment to ensure they are "class-ready" every day.
Evaluate instructors for safe and effective class techniques, coaching as needed.
Track and report class participation metrics (daily, weekly, and monthly).

What You Bring

1+ year of Group Fitness experience (required).
2+ years of Management or Leadership experience (preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Passion for fitness and motivating others.
Ability to lead with positivity, accountability, and professionalism.
