Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify their unique needs, followed by developing individualized treatment plans that may encompass a blend of individual therapy, group therapy, and evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions aimed at effective dependency recovery, while promoting positive life changes and emotional health.

• Develop realistic and culturally responsive treatment goals with clients, maintaining adherence to ethical and legal standards in accordance with California regulations.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and collaborate with the clinical director on chart audits and documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social work, specializing in substance use or mental health treatment within educational or therapeutic settings.

• Direct clinical experience and familiarity with case management techniques pertinent to mental health.

• Proficient computer skills necessary for managing electronic health records, facilitating communication, and documenting client progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, at $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
