Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive psychotherapy services that include but are not limited to:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to identify each client's specific mental health needs and developing customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns within the school setting.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and optimizing patient care through timely updates and communication.

• Engaging in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including school psychologists and other therapists, to create a holistic approach to care.

• Participating in ongoing case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance clinical skills and foster a culture of shared learning.

• Providing education to clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be children, adolescents, and their families, providing mental health support in a school environment. The diverse cases you will manage will range from mild to severe mental health challenges, promoting an inclusive atmosphere that recognizes unique cultural and individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical theories and practices.

• Your annual salary will range from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
