Burnham Holdings, Inc. provides the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) industry with thermal and interior comfort solutions used in a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Our group of subsidiaries is a market leader in the design, manufacturing and sales of boilers and related HVAC products and accessories, including furnaces, radiators, and air conditioning systems. We offer a broad line of high-value, energy efficient products sold under well-established brand names. Products are manufactured at company operated facilities in the East, South, and Midwestern United States. We are looking for a full time Account Manager to join our team! The Account Manager-CSI Services is responsible for driving revenue growth, gross margin performance, and market expansion for CSI Services within the commercial and industrial boiler and HVAC mechanical contracting market. The role owns and grows assigned customer accounts by expanding share of wallet, increasing service and project penetration, and developing long-term customer relationships. In addition to account ownership, this role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering comprehensive solutions including equipment sales, service agreements, installation projects, and aftermarket support. The Account Manager serves as a key external representative of CSI Services, working closely with customers, office staff, operations, and service teams to deliver value-driven solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Business Development & Sales Execution Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market engagement Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline across target industries (commercial, industrial, institutional) Achieve assigned revenue, gross margin, and account growth targets within defined accounts and/or territory Identify customer needs and position CSI Services solutions including boilers, HVAC systems, rentals, service, and turnkey mechanical projects Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through project close Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers, contractors, engineers, and facility owners Own and grow assigned accounts by expanding relationships, increasing share of wallet, and identifying additional service and project opportunities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams Technical Sales & Project Coordination Interpret technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop accurate and competitive solutions Support project handoff to operations and remain engaged through execution as needed Conduct site visits, job walks, and customer consultations Market Development Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the boiler and mechanical contracting space Support development of pricing strategies and value propositions Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates Track key performance metrics including bookings, revenue, and margin Support continuous improvement of sales processes and tools Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Engineering, Business, or related field) Minimum 5 years of sales experience in mechanical contracting, HVAC, boiler systems, or related industrial markets Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and margin targets Experience with equipment sales, service sales, and/or project-based contracting strongly preferred Language Skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents, specifications, and contracts Ability to write proposals and professional correspondence Ability to present effectively to customers and stakeholders Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate margins, pricing, and cost estimates Understanding of basic financial and sales metrics Reasoning Ability Ability to develop solutions to customer problems involving multiple variables Strong decision‑making in sales and project situations Computer Skills CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) ERP systems and quoting tools Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this job: Regularly required to travel to customer sites and job locations therefore must maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record in accordance with company policy Ability to walk job sites, climb stairs/ladders as needed, and navigate industrial environments Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds Combination of office and field work Work is performed in office, customer facilities, and construction/job site environments Exposure to industrial conditions including noise, equipment, and outdoor weather Requires regular travel within the assigned territory; occasional overnight travel may be required Schedule may extend beyond standard business hours based on customer and project needs We offer a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to: Medical, dental, and vision coverage available on your first day of employment 401(k) plan Paid holidays Vacation time 75% tuition reimbursement after 6 months #J-18808-Ljbffr
