Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for a flexible work setting, as our therapists primarily engage with patients remotely. You will have the tools and support necessary to effectively connect with your clients via digital platforms. The standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient challenges and craft tailored treatment plans that meet their specific needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, primarily cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to provide individual and family therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that foster community engagement and sharing among individuals facing similar mental health concerns.

• Engage collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, to ensure well-rounded and efficient patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services when needed, facilitating immediate support for patients during emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic processes, and the resources available to them within the community.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions, complying fully with industry standards and legal guidelines.

• Participate actively in peer consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops to continually enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
