Maintenance Technician
The Multicraft Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-speed conveyor systems, robotic arms, and automated production equipment in a fast-paced metal manufacturing environment. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, critical thinking, and the ability to work safely around advanced automation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair high-speed conveyor systems and robotic arms.
- Troubleshoot automated production equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure safe operations around advanced automation machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Assist with PLC troubleshooting and read ladder logic.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in automated or high-speed manufacturing environments.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work around PLCs and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Experience with robotic arms, servo systems, or automated material-handling equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and navigate a fast-paced industrial environment.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $74880.00/yr. Medical Benefits 401k Opportunities Short Term and Long Term HSA Plans
