Litigation Associate

Role Description This is a full-time role for a mid-level (between 4 and 7 years of litigation experience) Litigation Associate, based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area, with the flexibility to work from home. The Litigation Associate will manage a variety of legal tasks including drafting motions, conducting legal research, attending depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role involves close collaboration with partners and clients to deliver high-quality legal services and achieve favorable outcomes in litigation matters. Qualifications Strong grasp of business litigation. Experience in drafting court filings and analyzing business matters. Proficiency in legal research using tools and techniques to support case preparation. Skilled in conducting and handling depositions and discovery procedures. Proven ability to advocate and represent clients effectively in court. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
