Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet specific client needs and goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists, to create a holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
