Position Overview: As Director of Operations, you will oversee the overall performance and day-to-day operations of each location, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership across front-of-house and back-of-house teams, drives operational excellence, and partners with senior leadership to support the long-term success and growth of the location. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and guest experience. Train and develop management team members. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability. Partner with General Managers and department leaders to drive team performance and accountability Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations across the operation. Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a strong management bench. Analyze operational data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement. Support the planning and execution of new initiatives, promotions, and openings. Conduct daily floor walks to ensure cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and smooth service flow. Handle guest concerns and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and labor cost management on-site. Requirements Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a multi-unit or high-volume restaurant operation as a Director of Operations or similar role; Mediterranean or hospitality group experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business, or related field preferred. Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, P&L management, and cost control. Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable across multiple departments. Solid working knowledge of health, safety, and labor compliance standards. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and hands‑on leadership style.
