We offer intensive, patient-focused, specialized rehabilitation services. Rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. Customized, intense rehabilitation is tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The goal is to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. Unit Information: Number of Beds: 52 beds (All private) Current Census: 35 Patient Ratios: 1:5 Equipment: CERNER EHR Patient Population: Spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, stroke, ages 18 and older, amputations, isolation patients, tracheostomy care, and wound care. Care includes the use of restraints and has a typical patient stay of 12 days.
