Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions remotely to individuals and families in crisis, utilizing telehealth methods to ensure effective communication and support.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals and first responders, when necessary, to deliver comprehensive crisis support and management.

• Lead a mobile team engaged in on-site crisis interventions, offering guidance and clinical supervision to peers and interns.

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop accurate clinical profiles of clients’ needs, and formulate targeted treatment recommendations.

• Make appropriate referrals to placement, case management, and aftercare services to facilitate continuity of care.

• Remain informed of available community resources and integrate them into treatment plans to enhance the support system for clients.

Qualifications\n
