Client: One of the largest Diesel Engine manufacturer Position Overview: The People Support team is looking for someone to support 3rd shift HR activities This is a trial position, as the company has not previously had HR support during 3rd shift hours but is looking to test this out. Should it go well, there is potential for this assignment to be extended. Work Schedule: Training: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (first couple of weeks). Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM, including a 1-hour break. Additional Information: Onsite position. This is a trial position to provide HR support during 3rd shift hours. Successful performance may result in an extension of the assignment. Key Responsibilities: Handle all employee relations activities. Counsel and coach managers. Be the subject matter expert for HR policies. Own and update HR processes. Answer items in the Service Now ticketing system. Required Skills & Qualifications: Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience with influencing and coaching. Ability to work with various personalities. Experience working with confidential information. Solid foundational HR expertise.
