Job DescriptionThe Opportunity We are looking for three Director, HR Business Partners, each aligned to a distinct area of the business:Product Strategy - aligned to Product leaders in the Customer Experience Orchestration (CXO) business (San Jose)Enterprise Engineering – aligned to Engineering & Program Management leaders in the CXO business (San Jose)Chief Business Office – aligned to Product Marketing, Community, and GTM leaders in the Creativity & Productivity (C&P) business (San Francisco preferred)Key responsibilities include aligning business objectives with people strategies, developing leaders and teams, and promoting an inclusive culture. Join the coolest HR job in the world.What You'll DoServe as a trusted business partner and mentor to senior leaders in the organization.Address root causes of human resources issues with a methodical approach.Lead Employee Experience for the teams you support - you are the "Chief People Officer" for your business.Successfully implement company-wide programs and initiatives, such as salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change.Drive organizational efficiency and foster an inclusive culture.Coordinate talent management and succession planning activity.Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo.What You Need to Succeed10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience.A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.Ability to establish relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization.Understand our business and how what you do will help us accelerate Adobe's growth.Creativity in your DNA - this is Adobe after all. The U.S. pay range for this position is $161,900 -- $305,950 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $211,300 - $305,950 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
