Accounts Payable Specialist

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Fort Lauderdale, FL

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. Applicants must have hands-on Coupa experience to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review invoices for accuracy, proper approvals, and correct account coding
• Manage invoices and payment workflows within Coupa
• Prepare and execute payments through checks, ACH, and wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, missing invoices, and account issues
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end closing by preparing reports and account reconciliations
• Monitor outstanding payments and support cash flow projections
• Provide documentation and transaction details for internal and external audits

Requirements:

• Hands-on Coupa experience is required
• Previous accounts payable experience
• Experience processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and issuing payments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
