Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals, couples, and families to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating both joint and individual therapy sessions, allowing for a holistic approach to each family’s unique dynamics.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapy for a variety of issues including relationship conflicts, grief and loss, alcohol abuse, family conflicts, and adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce.

• Collaborating with healthcare providers and specialists to ensure an integrated care approach.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and case notes in accordance with our policies and relevant regulations.

• Engaging in professional development and continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work with us will involve a diverse client demographic, including couples, families, and individual adults and adolescents. You will play a vital role in addressing issues such as adjustment to life changes, medical and job-related stress, blended family challenges, and communication difficulties, contributing to improved outcomes for our clients' emotional and relational health.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active LMFT license issued by the state of Florida.
