NU3S is looking for a highly motivated B2B Business Development Manager to develop strategic partnerships throughout Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau County, JFK Airport area, and surrounding markets. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, meeting business owners, building relationships, and creating opportunities that drive recurring revenue. Your success will be measured by the partnerships you create and the monthly revenue you generate. Mission Build long-term partnerships that generate recurring wash, detailing, café, and EV charging revenue for NU3S. Primary Responsibilities 1. Fleet Partnerships (40%) Rental car companies Corporate fleets Taxi & TLC fleet owners Delivery fleets Government and municipal fleets Goal: Sign recurring wash and service agreements. 2. Commercial Partnerships (25%) Auto repair shops Body shops Insurance agencies Hotels Office complexes Goal: Create referral and strategic business partnerships. 3. TLC & Driver Organizations (15%) Black Car Fund organizations TLC driver associations Driver WhatsApp communities Goal: Position NU3S as the preferred destination for TLC, rideshare, taxi, and commercial drivers. 4. Account Management (10%) Strengthen business relationships Increase account usage and retention The sale doesn’t end after signing the account. 5. CRM & Reporting (10%) Maintain accurate records of: Prospect lists Meetings and appointments Follow-ups Signed agreements Monthly recurring revenue Weekly Performance Expectations (KPIs) Success is measured by results, not hours worked. Weekly targets include: Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who: Enjoys meeting people and building relationships Has sales, business development, account management, or partnership experience Is self-motivated and goal-oriented Can work independently Has reliable transportation Knows Queens, JFK Airport area, and surrounding business communities (preferred) Has experience in automotive, transportation, hospitality, fleet services, or B2B sales (a plus) Compensation Structure: Base + Commission $17/hour Commission for every new business partnership and fleet agreements Why Join NU3S?
