Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger activity, and support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Perform account reconciliations, research discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing, payment application, and account maintenance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvement initiatives while partnering with internal teams to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting, corporate accounting, internships, or a combination of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
