Work Environment

This position requires you to work onsite and directly engage with patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments, diagnosing acute and chronic conditions through in-depth patient interactions.
• Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans, collaborating closely with fellow healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care strategies.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, ensuring accurate and timely results that guide patient care decisions.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, closely monitoring patient responses and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education to patients and their families about disease management, medication protocols, and effective strategies for self-care post-discharge.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Active nursing license in Florida.
• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $220,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
