Client Representative

Whole Team Innovations is hiring a professional and personable Client Representative to join our growing team in Chicago, IL. This full-time, on-site role is focused on supporting local business clientele, account communication, client services, and relationship management .

No previous client-facing experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and support to help new team members learn our services, understand client needs, and build strong professional communication skills.

As a Client Representative, you will work directly with local businesses throughout the Downers Grove and greater Chicago area. You will assist with client questions, service information, account support, follow-up communication, and ongoing relationship management.

Client Representative Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with local business clients in a professional and helpful manner
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing accounts
• Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and service requirements
• Provide clear information regarding available services and account options
• Assist with client onboarding, account updates, and general support
• Respond to client questions and help coordinate appropriate next steps
• Maintain consistent follow-up with business clients
• Keep accurate and organized records of client interactions and account activity
• Stay informed on client programs, service updates, and internal procedures
• Communicate client feedback and account needs to the appropriate team members
• Support local business outreach and community relationship-building efforts
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide a positive and professional client experience

Client Representative Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available to work full-time and on-site in Chicago, IL
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable communicating with business professionals face-to-face
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to manage multiple client needs while staying organized
• Willingness to learn and receive coaching
• Previous experience in customer service, client relations, hospitality, account support, administration, or another professional client-facing role is helpful but not required
