Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight of nursing staff and clinical operations

• Support compliance with regulatory standards

• Participate in audits, surveys, and quality initiatives

• Provide hands-on clinical support as needed

• Assist with scheduling, training, and staff development

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications & Skills

• Active Massachusetts RN license

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
