About the Role

\n

ENGII is seeking accomplished commercial real estate, engineering, construction, energy, technology, and business leaders to join its Advisory Board.

\n

\n

This is a high-impact opportunity for experienced real estate executives, asset managers, property owners, engineers, entrepreneurs, investors, and industry operators who want to help improve how energy performance and investment opportunities are evaluated across commercial buildings and real estate portfolios.

\n

\n

Advisory Board Members will provide strategic guidance to ENGII’s leadership team as the company refines its commercial real estate applications, expands industry partnerships, validates its platform, and prepares for its next stage of growth.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Advise ENGII on commercial real estate market needs, product positioning, commercialization, and go-to-market execution.
\n
• Provide insight into how owners, operators, asset managers, investors, and engineering partners evaluate building performance, capital improvements, and energy-related investments.
\n
• Help identify high-value applications for ENGII’s technology across property acquisitions, asset management, portfolio planning, and building-energy upgrades.
\n
• Provide feedback on pilot programs, strategic partnerships, fundraising materials, and growth initiatives.
\n
• Participate in periodic Advisory Board discussions and provide targeted guidance between meetings as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Senior leadership experience in commercial real estate, property ownership, asset management, facilities management, engineering, construction, energy services, building technology, or related fields.
\n
• Understanding of property due diligence, building operations, capital planning, energy audits, portfolio management, or commercial real estate investment.
\n
• Experience evaluating or implementing technologies designed to improve building performance, operating efficiency, asset value, or portfolio-level decision-making.
\n
• Experience as an executive, entrepreneur, investor, board member, strategic advisor, property owner, or industry operator.
\n
• Strong relationships across commercial real estate, engineering, construction, energy services, technology, or investment communities.

Compensation & Benefits

\n

This is a part-time advisory role offering the opportunity to receive sweat equity, subject to company approval and the terms of a final advisory agreement.

\n

\n

Advisory Board Members may also have the opportunity to participate as angel investors in ENGII. Additional benefits include direct engagement with the company’s leadership team, exposure to an emerging application of AI in commercial real estate, and the opportunity to help guide the growth of a differentiated building technology platform.
