YOUR TYPICAL DAY IN THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE
In your role as a full- or part-time Customer Care and Billing Specialist, your day involves completing daily office tasks, as well as interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, scheduling services, handling billing inquiries, and providing top-notch service. Your friendly demeanor and organizational skills help keep everything running efficiently. By 5 PM, your day comes to a close, and you get a great sense of satisfaction knowing you made a positive impact on the continued success of our company!
QUALIFICATIONS
