We're seeking a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to join our growing orthopedic bracing team. This is an excellent opportunity to build strong partnerships with orthopedic surgeons, physician practices, hospitals, and surgery centers while growing a successful sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, clinical staff, hospitals, and surgery centers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Grow and manage an assigned sales territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Conduct product presentations and educate customers on orthopedic bracing solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Allied Health, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
• Previous healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or outside sales experience is a plus.
