Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, address challenges, and update treatment plans as necessary, ensuring clients feel valued and involved in their care process.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are person-centered, utilizing evidence-based practices and methods tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Accurately document client progress and notes in accordance with state guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring quality and compliance in all interactions.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ needs and guide appropriate treatment suggestions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, recognized in New Jersey.

• A minimum of three years of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency with technology, including the use of Microsoft Excel, Relational Management Systems (RMS), and electronic documentation systems such as Pimsy.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to clients and conducting thorough intake assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy.

• A proven track record of successfully managing a caseload while delivering compassionate and effective care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
