Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport while adhering to professional ethical guidelines and maintaining boundaries.

• Conduct regular follow-up appointments to evaluate client progress, stability, and plan next steps, including potential discharge when appropriate.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and client records, reflecting each individual's therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Saint Mary's Counseling Center, you will primarily work with youth clients who are facing various mental health challenges. This population may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and other psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
