HP PC Sales Representative

Job Summary Position: Part‑time HP PC Sales Representative Location: Best Buy 329 – Maple Grove, MN 55369 Job Type: Regular Work Pay: $19.00 per hour (based on location and experience) Schedule Friday, Saturday, or Sunday – up to 14 Hours Per Week Responsibilities Engage with customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing the latest cool and trendy features of premium PCs. Leverage training in artificial intelligence (AI) technology to bring AI and other dynamic technologies to life on PCs and enhance the customer experience. Build relationships with store associates and effectively communicate the value proposition of premium products. Drive revenue growth, increase unit sales, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment. Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at the store. Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s). Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation. Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness. Report and provide competitive insights. Qualifications Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn. Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with a hands‑on demonstration. Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs. Retail experience or customer service experience a plus. Training or product demonstration experience a plus. One‑year job experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
