Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a variety of psychological issues.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and provide immediate support to clients experiencing severe emotional distress.

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic support system that prioritizes the well-being of clients.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate, confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Counselor will mainly work with clients ranging from children to adolescents, addressing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and interpersonal conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience.
