Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to develop customized treatment plans tailored to their individual goals and challenges.

• Facilitate dynamic individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops and seminars, to enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document client progress and maintain accurate case notes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily target individuals facing a spectrum of emotional and mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and trauma. We serve a diverse community that reflects various socioeconomic backgrounds, cultural identities, and age groups, making cultural competence and sensitivity essential in your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• An active state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) that allows you to practice independently.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience as a mental health counselor, working with clients experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and facilitate therapeutic conversations.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n
