Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly, evidence-based therapeutic interventions through live video sessions, effectively addressing a diverse range of emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Collaborate closely with the psychiatric team and fellow therapists, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to patient care that enhances treatment effectiveness.

• Use automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement tools, and goal progress measures to continually monitor progress and refine treatment plans.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation via our customizable therapist portal, ensuring all client interactions meet regulatory standards.

• Engage in active consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team for ongoing support and guidance, ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Deliver talk therapy for clients aged 13 and above, utilizing evidence-based psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).

• Demonstrate a commitment to measurement-based care, aligning therapeutic outcomes with individualized assessments.

• Strictly adhere to HIPAA guidelines and security protocols to safeguard client information and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.
