Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Shift: Monday – Friday, Standard business hours (specific schedule to be determined) What’s a typical day as Front Desk Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:- Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages
- Assisting with data entry, filing, document preparation, and other administrative duties
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Responding to general inquiries and providing accurate information
- Supporting various departments with clerical and administrative tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Possess previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience (preferred)
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excel at organization and multitasking
- Present a professional appearance and demeanor
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Are physically able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
