Private Equity Fund Controller

Play a key leadership role overseeing the accounting, reporting, and operational infrastructure for the firm’s flagship private equity funds, co-investment vehicles, and related entities. Own the quarterly and annual fund reporting cycle, including financial statements, audit coordination, investor reporting, waterfall calculations, carried interest, and performance metrics. Partner closely with investment, finance, tax, and investor relations teams to ensure accurate reporting and seamless execution across the fund lifecycle. Oversee capital activity, including capital calls, distributions, investor allocations, and cash management, while ensuring compliance with partnership agreements and side letters. Provide accounting expertise on complex investment transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, valuations, and portfolio company activity, while supporting strategic initiatives and firm growth. Serve as a key point of contact for investors, auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners, helping deliver a best-in-class investor experience. Drive enhancements to fund accounting processes, systems, and controls to improve scalability, efficiency, and transparency across the platform.
