Staff Accountant (Fixed Assets)

Responsibilities Staff Accountant to support financial reporting, general ledger activities, and fixed asset accounting. This role offers strong exposure to month‑end close, financial statement preparation, and cross-functional collaboration. Position is located in Saint Louis, MO, full‑time in the office with flexible hours. Perform general ledger account reconciliations Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close Prepare and assist with financial reports and statements Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules Analyze balance sheet and P&L activity Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP Review and validate financial transactions and documentation Support ad hoc projects and process improvements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1+ year of accounting experience Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred) Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables) Experience with general ledger and close processes Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
