• $1,800 Sign-On Bonus
• Weekly Pay
• Commission structure ranging from 45% to 60% based on service sales
• Guaranteed hourly earnings of $16/hour or commission, whichever is greater
• Tips paid directly to you
• Typical annual earnings between $60,000 and $100,000+

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform men's and women's haircuts, fades, styling services, and grooming treatments
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences that encourage repeat business
• Build strong relationships with guests and grow a returning client base
• Recommend products that help clients maintain their look between visits
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative shop culture

What We're Looking For

• Current North Carolina Barber or Cosmetology License
• Experience providing haircuts, fades, styling, and grooming services
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Passion for the beauty and barbering industry
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
