This is the place to start the next phase of your restaurant management career. Responsibilities Become the Kitchen Manager overseeing the Heart‑of‑House (HOH). Execute and manage daily operations of the HOH. Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members. Qualifications Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience. General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations. Passion for training and developing your team.
