An industry-leading global developer and manufacturer of integrated X-ray sources and high-voltage generators is seeking a dynamic Accountant . This role is responsible for the accurate processing and reporting of financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and other critical financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage the full AR process, including invoice generation/distribution, payment validation, tracking payments, and conducting collections calls.

• Accounts Payable (AP): Review AP activities to ensure accurate and timely processing, providing backup support as needed.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, adjustments, balance sheets, and income statements. Regular preparation of cash flow, AR, AP, GRNI, and cost analysis reports is also required.

• Reconciliations: Assist with daily domestic/international bank reconciliations, inventory reconciliations, monthly inter company billing, and general account reconciliations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory Control departments. Work closely with colleagues, vendors, and customers to resolve discrepancies and optimize cash flow.

• Compliance & Support: Assist with internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal legal financial requirements, as well as company and OSHA safety policies.

Candidate Qualifications:

Essential Skills & Education

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

• Experience: 2–4 years of accounting experience within a manufacturing or corporate environment.

• Systems: Proficiency with ERP/MRP or other accounting systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel.

• Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, strict attention to detail, excellent communication/interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
