Account Manager – Elite Sales Producer Nick DeMaio State Farm Agency Hiring Locations: Perkasie (18944) & Richboro (18954) Full-Time | In-Office Benefits 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Health insurance Opportunity for advancementPaid time off Training & development What You’ll Do Drive aggressive new business production from warm leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies Conduct proactive policy reviews to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities Handle objections confidently and ask for the sale Maintain a disciplined pipeline and hit monthly production goals Support client service needs while keeping a strong revenue focus Generate referrals and expand the book through relationship building Licensing Requirements Active Property & Casualty license required prior to starting Life & Health license preferred If not currently licensed, full licensing support and training are provided to help you obtain required credentials quickly. What We’re Looking For Proven sales producer or highly motivated closer Competitive, goal-oriented mindset Strong persuasion and communication skills Comfortable with outbound activity and high-volume sales conversations Organized and disciplined in follow-up Insurance or financial services sales experience preferred Compensation & Growth Base salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses High earning potential tied directly to production Paid licensing support and training Strong leadership and coaching Advancement opportunities within a growth-focused agency Hiring for both Perkasie (18944) & Richboro (18954) Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
