Conduct proactive policy reviews to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Handle objections confidently and ask for the sale. Maintain a disciplined pipeline and hit monthly production goals. Support client service needs while keeping a strong revenue focus. Generate referrals and expand the book through relationship building.Licensing requirements include an active Property & Casualty license. Life & Health license is preferred. If not currently licensed, full licensing support and training are provided to help you obtain required credentials quickly.We're looking for a proven sales producer or highly motivated closer with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Strong persuasion and communication skills are essential. Comfortable with outbound activity and high-volume sales conversations. Organized and disciplined in follow-up.
