Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Prepare pre-crisis and crisis plans while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in documentation.
\n
• Employ evidence-based screening tools in order to monitor client progress and inform treatment modifications.
\n
• Facilitate the creation and implementation of positive behavior support plans in partnership with interdisciplinary teams.
\n
• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and quality service delivery.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships with community partners, state agencies, and other relevant service providers.
\n
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families to enhance understanding and collaboration in the treatment process.
\n
• Participate in professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and relevant meetings related to your area of expertise.
\n
• Actively promote our agency's mission, values, and principles throughout your practice and community involvement.
\n
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds and encompass a range of mental health needs, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. You will be tasked with providing holistic counseling services that address both individual and family dynamics while promoting recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Must possess an independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate clinical records and compile necessary reports efficiently.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective expression of ideas and interaction with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
