Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health needs and challenges, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans, incorporating client feedback and employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies aimed at achieving therapeutic goals.

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress in treatment, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and interventions based on ongoing evaluations.

• Ensure meticulous record-keeping to comply with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to track patient information and progress.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver comprehensive care. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases and share insights.

• Adhere to ethical and legal regulations governing mental health services, maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing the welfare of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will engage with a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Our clients present with a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Your role is crucial in guiding them through their challenges and fostering resilience while adapting your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist is essential, including credentials such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
