Office Manager
Full Time
Monday through Friday 7AM-5PM
Key Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading and performing day to day activities of multiple accounting functions
- Ensure accounting and finance issues are processed, identified and documented properly
- Accounts Payable– responsibilities may include vendor management, forms, and submissions (W-9, 1099, etc.), corporate credit cards, expense management, use tax, controls, and compliance, and monthly close.
- Accounts Receivable- collections, cash application, customer interaction, monthly close, and sales tax
- Payroll
- Monthly reconciliations of multiple accounts including credit cards
- Employee liaison- insurance, vacation…
- Manage fleet registrations & insurance
- Maintain personnel and customer files
- Routine & special projects
- Monthly & quarterly taxes
Requirements/Skills:
- QuickBooks & Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Great communication and phone skills
- Team player
- Self motivated
- Ability to multi-task
