Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a strong foundation of trust and rapport with clients to facilitate effective communication and therapeutic alliance.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client goals, strengths, and areas needing support, ensuring that treatment aligns with each individual's unique circumstances.

• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans based on assessments that might incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methodologies.

• Regularly meet with clients for therapy sessions via virtual platforms, adapting treatment plans as necessary to reflect progress and challenges.

• Collaborate with external specialists or agencies, making referrals when advanced or specialized support is required for clients.

• Contribute actively to the practice through case documentation and participation in clinical discussions, enhancing the overall quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field is required.

• Valid licensure in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is necessary to provide therapeutic services legally.

Compensation and Benefits\n
