ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Private Client Account Manager, you will support and develop relationships with Vinfolio’s private clients, providing knowledgeable advice and exceptional service throughout their fine wine journey.

Working as part of the Sales team, you will support offer planning and execution, respond to client requirements and coordinate order and fulfilment needs, while building and managing your own portfolio of client relationships.

The role combines client service with commercial development, with a focus on client retention, reactivation and portfolio growth, alongside delivering a consistently high-quality Vinfolio experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute client offers and sales activity in line with agreed priorities.
- Support the onboarding and ongoing management of key accounts.
- Build strong client relationships, providing informed recommendations and guidance across fine wine.
- Take ownership of assigned client relationships, with a focus on retention, reactivation and growing client activity and portfolio value.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding offers, orders, deliveries and service requirements.
- Take ownership of client queries and issues through to resolution, escalating where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate client and sales information within CRM and reporting systems.
- Support customer profiling and segmentation to tailor client engagement and offers.
- Work collaboratively across Sales, Brand, Logistics and Customer Experience to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Act as an ambassador for Vinfolio, maintaining strong product knowledge and service standards.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous sales or client-facing experience, ideally within fine wine, luxury goods or another relationship-led environment.
- Ability to work towards and deliver commercial or sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building, communication and collaboration skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive and motivated to develop client relationships.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and working with sales data; experience with HubSpot, Power BI or Excel would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
- Strong interest in fine wine and spirits, with good product knowledge or a willingness to develop this further.
- WSET Level 3, working towards this, or equivalent industry knowledge would be advantageous.
- Positive learning mindset with a strong focus on development and continuous improvement.
