Operations Manager

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Location: Newport Beach, CA (with international operations oversight) About the Role You will own execution assurance across all COO business lines, ensuring every operational task, project, and initiative is completed on time, to standard, and with measurable results. This is an execution and accountability role that identifies execution gaps before they impact business performance. Execution Assurance Track every operational initiative across business lines. Verify quality before work is considered complete. Reconcile overdue ClickUp tasks monthly. Monitor 30/60/90 plans and OKRs. Ensure COO directives are implemented across teams. Performance & Risk Identify KPI drift before metrics turn red. Maintain Red Metrics Rollup. Track operational risks and corrective actions. Escalate ownership gaps quickly. KPIs & Reporting Own KPI and scorecard infrastructure. Standardize reporting across departments. Maintain Tool ROI scorecards (Balto, Krisp, Apollo.io). Lead all reporting using wUnits and wCPU. Operational Excellence Own Weekly Performance Reports. Maintain ClickUp as the operational source of truth. Keep SOPs and playbooks updated. Recommend structural improvements to recurring issues. Success Metrics 95%+ on-time project execution. 100% Weekly Performance Reports delivered. 100% Red Metrics actively tracked. Monthly reconciliation of overdue ClickUp tasks. Majority of execution risks identified proactively. What We're Looking For 3–5+ years in Operations, Program, or Project Management. Multi-site or cross-functional leadership experience. Executive KPI reporting and scorecard ownership. Strong ClickUp (or equivalent PM platform) experience. Comfortable holding leaders accountable. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
