Litigation Attorney (3+ YOE) | Houston, TX | Fast-Track Partnership

A large, Texas-based regional platform is seeking a litigation attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing Houston office. This role offers hands-on litigation experience, early responsibility, and a clear path to partnership—often within ~4 years.

The Role

• Civil litigation practice with meaningful courtroom exposure
• Manage active dockets and take ownership of matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Appear in court and handle hearings
• Advise governmental clients on tax and appraisal-related matters
• Exposure to appellate work as needed
