Job Overview A law firm seeks a Compensation and Benefits Attorney to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of experience in various aspects of compensation and benefits law. Duties Advise on equity and executive compensation matters. Prepare and review proxy disclosures. Draft and negotiate employment and severance agreements. Provide guidance on IRC Sections 280G and 409A. Support mergers and acquisitions and IPOs. Requirements 3-6 years of relevant legal experience. Excellent academic credentials. Superior writing, oral communication, and analytical skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the state of California. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
