Paralegal, Commercial Litigation - Real Estate Litigation Harwood Lloyd, LLP of Hackensack, NJ is looking to hire a full‑time Paralegal with experience in Commercial Real Estate and Litigation to join our transactional group. Responsibilities Draft legal documents, including commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, closing binders, and other related documents. Open, maintain, and organize client files. Monitor attorneys' calendars, schedule Zoom meetings, and answer client calls with professional telephone etiquette. File motions and coordinate closings and meetings. Communicate directly with courts, eCourts, foreclosures, and clients. Ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail in all tasks. Qualifications Experience with bank loan reviews and commercial lease preparation. Experience communicating directly with courts and clients. Knowledge of eCourts and foreclosure processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail‑oriented, technologically savvy, and a team player. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, function under pressure from deadlines, maintain strict confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment. Work Schedule Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, in‑office; hybrid available.
